  Although I've stayed at better 3-star hotels, it's still a pretty nice hotel. Yes, the rooms are old, but everything's clean and not worn out.

  I've been to a five star hotel in my life and to be honest this one is not one even if they preach to be so bad to be honest I don't know why! Maybe even the hotel was constructed it was a five star hotel in those days. I think they have to do a lot of maintenance there, like painting the fences at the balcony, teaching some of their employees about what customer service relationship means especially the bartender who was at the bar Sunday 27th August evening. I went to the bar and after ti have something to drink this day, I waited for over 10 minutes to order and he didn't Come so I tried to go inside to order myself! This man soured on me and showed me with his left hand to take a seat outside and he will come to order when he can!! I was so impressed that someone like him with his cars tee is working in a so called five star hotel!

  The only thing that feels 5-star is the staff which is professional, helpful and friendly, and the restaurant outside which is is top class boasting a Michelin star from 2017.

  1. Why I, as the guest, should give my room key to the reception anytime I leave the hotel? I'll give back the room key when I check out, but not anytime I only leave the hotel for a walk!

  Another question is why does someone stating in an hotel have to pay extra money to get access to the gym? It must be all included as it is always with every hotel with a gym!

  5. There is also a notice at the reception, saying that "dear guests are NOT allowed to consume any food/drink from outside of the hotel"! I came to stay at the hotel for vacation, not to sit in a "luxury prison". Shall I hashtag "orange is the new black"?!

  The gym is above average, but is lacking a bit in the free weight area. The spa is in no way included, and requires a fee only for entering. The pool is nothing special.

  The swimming pool was not bad and neither the breakfast! I ate some days at the restaurant and it was quite good and these are one of the reasons that I'm rating them with three stars!

  Go somewhere else! If you are a real five-star lover please stay away from this awful hotel! This hotel has all the bad aspects from a high end hotel but not the good part! Rotten toilet, no free tea or coffee in your room, dusty blanket, old electronic devices, gym and spa is not included, no lift to parking. Name it, can it get any worse? Why would I pay for this? I wish I had read some honest reviews and went somewhere else for my holiday.

  And also how can a five star hotel don't provide hair conditioner, with a dryer that doesn't dry your hair? Neither in the public swimming pools they use those kind of dryers!
